the hotel was decent, though it's a shame the room smelled like cig smoke while using the air conditioning, truly glamorous. the laundry facilities were somewhat useful but lacking instructions, which clearly was beneath my expectations. of course, I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary bottle of water for my trouble, but alas, no special treatment here. just couldn’t recommend it.

I had a delightful 10-night stay in a Family Room. The housekeeping was phenomenal, and I looked forward to coming back to a neat and tidy space every day. Plus, the spacious room had enough room for all our luggage, making our stay so much more comfortable.

The lack of heating made the room feel chilly, with the temperature adjusting back to 21.5C no matter what I set it to. Navigating to the nearest MTR station wasn't easy. it involved a long, uninspiring walk without much around to break the monotony.

The housekeeping was exceptional. the room was always neat and tidy upon returning from our outings. I truly appreciated the spacious family room that allowed us room to move around comfortably. The nearby Telford shopping plaza had a variety of shops, making it convenient for our needs. The city view from our window added a nice touch to our stay, providing a glimpse of the bustling life outside.

The location can be challenging to navigate, especially in rainy weather when reaching nearby transport and eateries becomes a hassle.

The room was wicked clean and the air conditioning worked like a charm. I was glad to find the mini-bar stocked! But the internet was super slow, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired, not much to choose from. I was hoping for somethin' better than that.

The room was clean with an adequate layout, making it functional for our stay. Unfortunately, the heating issue made the room quite cold, and it was disappointing to deal with staff who were not as accommodating. However, the location was convenient for nearby attractions.

my stay at camlux was great! the cozy double room had a comfy bed, and the bathroom was spacious with a perfect rain shower. the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. housekeeping maintained exceptional cleanliness throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.
